Huh, didn't know that, honestly. In Brazil there are very few places where you can park obliquous to the sidewalk, because streets are so narrow and stuff.

I'm sure in some places it gets iffy, but a lot of Smart car owners park forward or backward to curbs among parallel parked cars legally. Not sure on any Brazilian laws, lol :)

There aren't enough Smart cars in Brazil to warrant their own laws, I guess :p

But I've yet to see one curbed forward. I've literally seen more Smart cars toppled than parked like that, hahaha...
